What does the plan include?

Cores, memory and storage differ from one configuration to another. Everything else is the same and is part of the service.
Dedicated resources

The cores, RAM and NVMe storage listed in the plan are reserved for your server and are not shared with neighbours.

Network port and DDoS protection

A 250 Mbps port and Standard-AntiDDoS filtering are part of every configuration on this page — there is nothing extra to enable.

The operating system you choose

Images and distributions are collected in the control panel library, and you can upload your own image as well.

Location and hardware

You choose the site before ordering. The Moscow and Novosibirsk servers stand in Tier III data centres, on hardware we own.

A 99.9% monthly SLA

The availability level is fixed in a document, and compensation is provided if it is not met.

Support 24/7

Engineers are available around the clock; the average reply to a ticket takes 10 minutes.

What happens after payment?

01
Order

You pick the location, the processor and the configuration, then complete the order in the control panel.

02
Launch

After payment the server is deployed: the launch takes 120 seconds.

03
Running

The service is managed in the same panel, and support replies around the clock — in 10 minutes on average.

When is a virtual server enough, and when do you need a dedicated one?

A short check before ordering: the difference between the two services is how the capacity of a physical machine is divided.
A virtual server is enough if
  • the load is predictable and fits into the plan's resources
  • you need your own settings and your own software, not the limits of shared hosting
  • there are only a few projects: a website, an online shop, a panel, a bot, a test environment
  • you need the server now — the launch takes 120 seconds
  • a site closer to your audience matters: the location is chosen when ordering
A dedicated server is worth a look if
  • the load is high and constant: a heavy database, analytics, video processing
  • you need all the cores and all the memory of a physical machine
  • a specific disk configuration or a large amount of storage is required
  • internal policies require a separate physical server
